We do our best to ship within two business days of receiving your order. Additional time is necessary for custom orders, and we will work with you to establish a timeline in this case. Our shipping partners are USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Tracking information is provided upon shipping. 



We can accept returns of unused product so long as the return is initiated within 5 business days of receipt of the order. Please contact us at to initiate a return. Please do not ship product back to us without contacting us first, or we may not be able to accept your return. The original shipping cost (if any) will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.


If we are able to perform a return, we will provide instructions for shipping your product back to us. Once received, your return will be processed within 2 business days and we will process a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive an email notification that your refund has been processed.
